What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Prescription lenses, contact lenses, and Meta products are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable.

How do I clean and care for my glasses?
To keep your glasses in top condition, clean the lenses daily with the microfiber cloth provided. Use lens cleaning spray or mild soap with lukewarm water, avoid paper towels or clothing as they can scratch the lenses. Store your glasses in the case when not in use to prevent damage.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! Sunglasses and frames come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear. Contact our support team with your order number to initiate a warranty claim.
