4-Hours Delivery
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT +4) are eligible for 4-hour delivery within Dubai city limits (except orders placed during Friday after 5 PM and Saturdays).

Dubai orders placed on Friday after 5 PM and/or Saturday will be delivered on Sunday.

1-2 Days Delivery
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT +4) are eligible for 1-2 days delivery to: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain.

Remote Areas
Delivery to remote areas is available on Thursdays and Sundays. See list of remote areas here.

For loose hinges or misaligned frames, visit a professional optician. Do not attempt to bend or adjust the temples yourself.

Water and Activity Precautions

Avoid prolonged exposure to seawater, chlorinated pool water, or sweat. If contact occurs, rinse and dry with a microfiber cloth. Marc Jacobs sunglasses are not designed for high-impact sports.
