4-Hours Delivery
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT +4) are eligible for 4-hour delivery within Dubai city limits (except orders placed during Friday after 5 PM and Saturdays).

Dubai orders placed on Friday after 5 PM and/or Saturday will be delivered on Sunday.

1-2 Days Delivery
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT +4) are eligible for 1-2 days delivery to: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain.

Remote Areas
Delivery to remote areas is available on Thursdays and Sundays. See list of remote areas here.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
Return/refund/exchange are not available for Ray-Ban Meta, contact lenses, and optical.

Store the sunglasses in their original Prada case with lenses facing upward. Keep the case in a cool, dry place and avoid placing heavy items on top of it.

Adjustments and Repairs

If your sunglasses feel loose or misaligned, visit a professional optician. Do not attempt to bend or adjust the temples or nose pads yourself.

Water and Activity Precautions

Avoid exposure to seawater, pool water, or excessive sweat. Rinse with clean water and dry with a microfiber cloth if needed. Prada sunglasses are not intended for high-impact sports.

Lens Care and Maintenance

Avoid abrasive or alcohol-based products. Clean lenses gently to protect their coatings and regularly check hinges for tightness.
