Original Packaging
Items must be in their original packaging to protect them during return transit.
Unused Condition
Products must be clean, unused, and undamaged. Eyewear tried on should be handled with care.
Complete Set
Ensure all original components (case, cloth, documents, accessories) are included.
Same-Day Shipment Notification
Notify us on the same day you ship the item, and provide a tracking number if possible.
🔍 Inspection & Return Approval
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to verify compliance with our policy:

If not approved, we’ll notify you. You may reclaim the item at your expense within 7 days.

Lenses are non-refundable.

Changing your frame? If the size matches, we can refit your current lenses into the new frame — saving you time and money.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
⚠️ Final Conditions
If your return doesn’t meet all the listed criteria, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
You can request the item to be sent back at your cost within 7 days.
