We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED item within a week from the date of purchase.
Before sending back the item, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

The item you wish to return:

– can be sent back to us only after you have received your ‘return confirmation’ that must be requested by completing and submitting the online return form

– must be sent back within 7 days from the date we accept the request for return.
– must be sent in its original packaging.
– must be unused, clean and not damaged.
– must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories.
– the shipment must be notified the same day you will send back the item by confirming the     
   tracking number, if possible.

All returned items are carefully inspected and in case they are not in compliance with their original conditions, the return will not be accepted.
If all the above-mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will refund you the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs. On the contrary, the return will not be accepted.

All shipping costs are on the customer’s charge. There are no restocking fees.

The lenses are not refundable if the frame is returned. However, if a change of the colour of the frame is needed, the lenses will be adapted to the new frame of the same size.

Trivisionoptical will not accept exchanges before receiving the return.

We will not issue any refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; anyway you will have the option to require the return of your item in the same condition Trivision has received it, at your charges, within thirty (7) days after our notification of receipt.
– Refunds are processed within approximately six (3) business days from the return.
– refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
– Your account should be credited within 15 days from the date of return depending on the       
  refund policy of the credit card used.
